GreenSport Hub supports sports organisations, federations, municipalities and related stakeholders in sustainability assessment, action planning, circular use of sports equipment, facility and operational data management, learning, reporting and related collaboration.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account and using the platform lawfully. Organisation administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate access to their organisation workspace. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, misuse another person's identity or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.

You remain responsible for information, documents, evidence and other content you submit. You must have the right to submit and share that content. You grant the service provider the limited rights necessary to host, process, display and otherwise handle the content solely to operate and provide GreenSport Hub and its requested features.

Some GreenSport Hub features are intentionally public, including selected Circular Sport listings or organisation information. Before publishing information, users are responsible for ensuring it is suitable for public disclosure and does not contain confidential or unlawfully shared personal data. Parties to an equipment transfer remain responsible for the accuracy of listings, suitability of equipment and the practical arrangements of any exchange.

Assessments, scores, recommendations, facility indicators, investment estimates and funding-related information provided through GreenSport Hub are decision-support tools. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they do not constitute certified environmental, engineering, legal, financial, safety or procurement advice. Users remain responsible for professional verification where required.

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be improved, changed or discontinued where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, project development or service operation.

GreenSport Hub software, design, platform materials and other protected content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of intellectual property except where expressly agreed.

Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful use, material breach of these terms or threats to other users or the service. Users may stop using the service at any time, subject to applicable project, contractual or legal retention requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GreenSport Hub and its operator are not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on user-submitted information, third-party services or decisions made using non-certified planning indicators. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal data is handled as described in the GreenSport Hub Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by applicable Slovenian and European Union law. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights remain unaffected. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@sz-ms.si.
