Depending on how you use GreenSport Hub, we may process account and identity information such as your name and email address, organisation and role information, authentication information provided through the selected sign-in provider, information you submit to sustainability assessments, action plans and platform forms, and technical/security information necessary to operate and protect the service.

If you choose Google sign-in, GreenSport Hub requests only the minimum authentication permissions needed to identify your account and obtain your primary Google Account email address. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar or other Google content through this sign-in.

We process data to create and administer user accounts, provide organisation workspaces and GreenSport functionality, enable collaboration, circular-sport activities and reporting, maintain security, respond to support requests and comply with applicable legal obligations. The applicable legal basis depends on the processing activity and may include performance of a service requested by you, legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

We may use technology and hosting providers that process data on our behalf where necessary to operate GreenSport Hub. Authentication may involve the identity provider selected by the user. Personal data is not sold. Data is disclosed only where necessary for the service, where required by law, or where you intentionally make information public through a public platform feature.

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers are handled using legally recognised safeguards required by data-protection law.
